Step One: Preliminary Assessments- In this first phase of the program, we need to establish a baseline to determine the level of health at the beginning of the program. This will include:

- Computerized Body Composition Analysis. This reveals the Body Mass Index (BMI), Total Body Water (TBW), Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR), Fat Free Mass (FFM), and Fat Percentage
